Roman Kirzhner is a highly qualified real estate professional with extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and management; in addition to his real estate expertise, he also has an engineering degree and practical experience in computer programming for financial institutions, which could provide valuable insights and expertise when it comes to analyzing real estate investments.
As a licensed realtor in Pennsylvania, Roman has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and has established relationships with other professionals in the industry, which helps him identify investment opportunities and navigate the complex process of acquiring, managing, and selling real estate properties.
Inessa Galuzina I Managing Partner
Inessa Galuzina has a wealth of experience in information technology and investment banking, having worked at JP Morgan Chase for over 18 years. Her expertise includes derivatives services, credit risk, and global electronic communications supervision. Before her time at JP Morgan Chase, Inessa also worked at Bank of America and Standard and Poor, leading numerous end-to-end projects.
In addition to her professional experience, Inessa holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting, which has helped her excel in her career. However, her passion for real estate has also led her to participate in all stages of real estate transactions over the past five years.
